Hello, You are having a hardware issue most likely with the bike side harness. Check you connections and that the pins are fully seated in the proper locations.

For that year it appears that they are moving the power delivery around in the RPM band.

What year is the bike? It will need to be relicensed unless you had the original owner transfer the license to your account.

Hello, There is not suppose to be any voltage from the red and black. If you put 12 volts to it you can damage the ECU. Is this the first time flashing the bike? Are you using a bike side harness?

Hello We do not have that 32920-G10 (Eu) ECU defined. The best thing is to send in the ECU to us to be defined and unrestricted.
