You would need to contact the person that flashed your bike's ECU and have them transfer the license that has the auto-blip and active tune features over to your account. They need to go into their Licenses page, locate the license, click on it, and…

Your R3 takes a 4-pin USB Data Link cable and flash harness setup, there is no way to use your 6-pin USB Data Link cable. That file part number belongs to both the Australian model as well as the US model for later years, you can use that file witho…

There is a hardware connection issue, that is why trying to read the ECU results in the "Failed to connect to ECU". The "3" in the Test Interface Input Test is signifying that there is a connection issue with one of your red wires, or possibly the …

Please conduct a continuity test on your sensor connector responsible for the auto-blip. You will probably need to use safety wire or small sewing pins to use as jumpers so that your multimeter test probes will make contact with the tiny female pins…

Reading an ECU and writing one are two completely different tasks. I would try again. You are setting the "Bypass Immo" to "True", correct?
-
Go to Help>Test Interface>check the "Test Inputs" box. With the power off, what number do you see in the parentheses? Then with the power on, what number do you see? Don't pay attention to the colored dots or voltage readings.
-
Are you using a bench flash kit or a bike-side flash kit?
-
Check the stock ECU image values. You are referring to the Fan Temps?
-
Have you tried flashing the proper stock file to your ECU?
-
What is your ECU part number? Please look at the sticker on top of the ECU casing.
-
The QS feature is located in the ECU Modules folder of the file. All the files (except the 1377 and 1332REV MotoAmerica files) have the QS feature.
-
You should be OK to flash again.
-
Did you purchase these products directly from Graves Motorsports? If you purchased the products from them or one of their authorized dealers, you can contact Graves to send you a file made specifically for your application.
-
Your engine should not be running lean with the unrestricted file flashed into the ECU. Why do you think your engine is running lean? Active Tune is not available for any of the Suzukis yet.
-
Unfortunately no, you will need to clear the code using an OBDII scanner and our OBD Adapter harness.
-
You will need to purchase the Type 7 quickshifter harness https://ftecu.com/shop/ecu-based-quickshifter-harness-type-7/ The Type 7 plugs directly into your bike-side harness used for ECU flashing. You will need to remove the current QS harness wire…

Try flashing again, please. Thanks.
-
We will send you a new shift sensor. Is the address in your account current?
-
The interface test on the software won't tell you everything. What bike is this harness installed on?
-
The software cannot suddenly change by itself. Do you have any error codes showing?
-
If you are trying to determine whether the ECU was flashed with our software, you click on Device>Write ECU and software will tell you the license number of the previous user (if it has been flashed previously).
-
We can put in a request to the dev team regarding this. We will let you know.

Sorry, no, I was thinking of another bike.
-
Please disable all anti-virus software in the computer, uninstall the existing Tuning Suite, then re-download and try again. If the stalling persists, uninstall and try downloading from a different location (IP address).
-
No, you do not need to change anything in the wiring harness, but you do need to remove all components of the immoblizer, including the antenna.
-
Go to Help>Test Interface and check the "Test Inputs" box. With no power to the ECU, what number do you see in the parentheses? (do not worry about the colored dots). And with power on, what number is in the parentheses?
-
Yes, you can flash the 2CR-8591A-20 file and disable the "US Harness Config" feature.
