As long as you are sure the two bikes are from the same market (EU) and that the ECU part number of the 2016 was a 2CR-8591A-40, you should be OK. Assuming you have your own flash kit, you simply enter the activation code into your account, then act…

Drain the fluid out of the ABS pump, plug up all the holes, and then clip the pump onto the harness connector.
-
Did you flash your ECU or did a shop do it? You need to make sure that the AB feature has been enabled. There are no adjustable parameters with the Auto-Blip.
-
Your license is still in good usable status. What type of flash kit are you using, bike-side or bench kit?

Please do not create multiple posts on the same subject. Did you change any of the parameters in the Quickshifter module?
-
You should have posted this in the R6 page if you are asking about the R6. Moving it to that group. There is no adjustment for the QS and auto-blip for the R6 in the standard file. The Race Team file allows QSS adjustment, no AB adjustment.

Do you have the AIS block off plates installed and pump removed on your bike? Does your quickshift work? Or neither works?

Hi, Your license was in attempted state due to an issue during your last flash. It has been reset, so you should be OK to flash again; you will be starting over, the software will ask you to assign the license to the ECU again.

What is your ECU part number?

Your license is still in usable state, please try again.

Have you flashed the ECU yet?

Pit limiter and LCS are not available for that model. Removing the O2 sensor on that model will not trigger an error code, so that feature is not required on that file.
-
Only if you use stock gearing and tire sizes. If the signal goes through the dash first, the ECU cannot modify that message to the dash.
-
Have you tried to login again recently?
-
You cannot flash a US file onto a Euro harness because the firing order of the fuel injectors and the primary coils is different, that is why you were getting that error code.
-
Search online on how to read error codes on your dash, and see if you can pull up the code that triggered the CEL.

You can purchase a new bike-side harness to install on your new MT-07 if you decide to keep your USB Data Link cable, but you will need to purchase a new flash license. Once a flash license is assigned to an ECU, it cannot be transferred to another …

You can leave it connected if you want. That feature just disables the error code.

What feature are you looking for?

Please close out the Tuning Suite, insert your USB Data Link cable into your computer (it doesn't need to be connected to a flash harness), open the Tuning Suite, enter your login credentials and click Login. If you get the Fail check internet conne…

Are you inserting the pins with the crimp side facing up toward the locking tab of the ECU connector? Please post some photos of the pins if you can.

Go to Help>Version and let us know what version you are using. When was the last time you flashed?

Close out your Tuning Suite, open it back up and try again a few times. Let us know the results.

Most of the Kawasakis do not have that feature because the signal goes through the dash first.

Flash the correct stock file, then cycle the ignition twice (turn the key on but don't start the engine, listen for the various valve motors and the fuel pump to finish their cycle, then turn key off). Then try starting the bike.

Fueling between stock and unrestricted is not the same, secondary injector percentages are all different.
