Try restarting your computer, and ensure you have a good, solid internet connection. If you already have the software downloaded, it should start up easily. You may have other software running in the background that also slow things up.

Yes, if you have a USB Data Link cable registered to you, you can use that one.
-
You need to get the email address and password from the previous owner so that you can access the account that the USB Data Link cable is registered to. Note that the email address cannot be changed, that is permanent for security reasons; but you c…

If you have a working SET valve, enable.

Finding out about this, will get back to you soon.

Our system is showing your license is still in working order. Please shut down the tuning suite, restart your computer, and ensure that you have a solid internet connection.

Are you trying to download from a phone? When we download the document, we get the Ninja 300 installation guide. Try downloading from a laptop or desktop please.

This issue has been resolved. Faulty sensor.

Have you tried using both files (stock and unrestricted)?

There is no activation code for the flash license. When you say you purchased your "ft ecu", what exactly did you purchase?
-
If you are still encountering stall problems during the "Requesting ECU ID" sequence, you need to make sure you have a license available to assign to the ECU. There is a bug (that will be fixed soon) preventing the prompt that asks you to purchase a…

Yes, you will be able to reflash the ECU with the original license after the Yamaha dealer resets it. However, you will lose any changes you made to the original file. Is the resistance constant, or does it fluctuate? Put pressure on the shifter lik…

It sounds like your factory QS hardware is going bad. It should work within a range of motion, and if it was working fine for a few months, then something is wearing out. If you can get to the connector, you could perform this test to see how the se…

The Ninja 300 install instructions are up on the site now.

You need to get an OBDII scanner and adapter harness to find out what the fault is, correct it, and then reset it via the scanner. Most bikes that are OBDII-compliant cannot reset error codes without the OBDII scanner.

With many Kawasakis, the ECU cannot affect the speedometer signal because it goes to the dashboard first before it gets to the ECU. Unfortunately there are no plans to add any more features to the '07-'08 ZX-6R.

Yes, there are changes, but I don't know what they are exactly. You can compare the files by right-clicking them using the "Compare 1 Compare 2" feature. Pretty sure the unrestricted file is made with a baseline for full exhaust systems.

Please post a screenshot of the error message. At what point during your flash process attempt does this error message appear? There are no other error messages?
-
Please try downloading the latest tuning software. We are not able to recreate this problem..
-
The license is in a virgin state, it is not locked.
-
Not yet. Will get back to you as soon as I know anything.
-
How are you connected to internet? Wi-fi? Phone?
-
Please see above message, it was edited right after I sent it.
-
OK, we are seeing your license in an "attempted" state, so we have reset it. Your phone is not providing a good enough connection to flash, because the signal dropped during the flash, the license was crashed and put in an "attempted" state.

Are you getting these numbers with the bench harness, or the bike-side harness? You're mentioning two different harnesses. Also, you need to have the ECU connected for the test. That error message is because the software is not receiving a response …
-
Please go through the procedure you are doing to get this error message, because our system doesn't show you actually getting anywhere near the flash process. You would have to be into the process to get that message, and then it would be showing up…

We have hundreds of other people who are currently accessing the server without any issues. What is the exact error message that you are seeing?
-
Interface test has nothing to do with the QS setup.
-
Yes, because the ECUs are similar, we decided to keep them all together in both the FZ07 and MT07 folders.

In the Tuning Suite, go to Help>Test Interface>Inputs. You will see an arrangement of colored dots, but don’t pay attention to them. What you want to look at is the number(s) that are in parentheses at the top. With the power off, you should see eit…
