Have you tried again? The GSX-Rs are not that finicky about the file years. However, that said, the GSX-R1000 ECUs are also somewhat flaky, you often have to try a few times before the ECU will respond properly. Also try a different USB port.

What is the exact error message that is being displayed? Please post photo if possible.

Just because you're right next to your router doesn't mean that you've got a solid internet connection. If your ISP has you on a line that is being used a bunch of people, they could be sucking up bandwidth and causing your connection to drop.
-
I'm not sure what you mean...can you post a photo of what you're referring to. How did you check the red wire? Did you use a multimeter?
-
Unfortunately there are no plans at the moment to add Active Tune to the Super Tenere files.
-
You need to make sure that your internet connection is good, with no low signal or dropouts due to excessive bandwidth usage. Because the internet connection dropped out during the flash, your license went into "hardfail" status, so it has been rese…

Not exactly. It carries voltage, but so do the others. Check it carefully.
-
The 7 indicates that you have a problem with your red wire. Please check that wire for continuity with a multitester.
-
The "6-pin" reference is in regards to the connector to the USB Data Link cable, not the number of wires coming out of the harness.
-
It does matter. You need to read and follow our instructions or requests carefully if you want to allow us to help you troubleshoot your flashing issues. What do you mean "it have only 5 pin"?
-
So you were able to flash a file to the ECU? Or are you saying you checked all the wires with a continuity tester? If you're still stuck, there is a problem with your hardware somewhere, as the software is unable to communicate with the ECU.
-
Get a continuity tester and check all the wires in your harness. There is a hardware problem that is preventing communication with the ECU.
-
Are you using bike-side or bench harness?
-
Do you have a full exhaust? Are you still using the stock O2 sensor?
-
Glad to hear you got everything solved.
-
No worries!

Your license 3-pack has been added to your account, in addition to the one included with your kit.

Are you clicking "Log In" after entering your credentials in the Update Email window? Do not click "Register".
-
Do you have experience with stripping thin-gauge wire and crimping very small pins? We can send you an older QS harness with the single connector, but you'll have to install the pins to fit the connector on the sensor side.
-
You should try the unrestricted file just to see how it works.
-
No, sorry. In the Tuning Suite, next to the Device tab, you see User. Click on that, then Update Email. Enter your login credentials.
-
When you go to User>Update Email, can you post a photo of the error message please? Or does it revert back to this page?
-
Also a photo of the error messages
-
Please go through the process, tell us what you are doing from the beginning.
-
The reason your QS doesn't work is because you had it set up with a Dynojet PC, or at least that's the impression the person you spoke with here thought when you described what you had and needed. Our software uses different pins because it is ECU-b…
-
You just download the Graves 3/4 file and flash that into your ECU. The reason you don't see fuel maps on the Graves file is because it is locked so that those items are hidden and cannot be modified (or copied).
-
Start from the beginning please.
-
Can you switch the language to English and try it again? All this that you're showing shouldn't be happening.
