What is the serial number of the scratchoff code? You have an autoblip attached to another R1 license.
-
We need more information on your situation. Please go through the process of what you were doing. Did you go to your account at ftecu.com and enter your activation codes?
-
We are working on it, but we need a test vehicle to set it up. We are in the process of setting up an agreement with one of our European distributors.
-
Sorry, we don't have that file in our database. If you want, you can send the ECU over to us to be defined as a new file (however, it must be a virgin, non-flashed ECU).
-
Too late, your order was already processed.

There really isn't any reason to "disable a stock O2 sensor to tune like a wideband". Wideband sensors are now fairly inexpensive, and the trouble you'd have to go through to change the construction of a narrow-band sensor to work like a wideband wo…

The "ECO" mode is just a feature that shows up on your dash when you are at a certain percentage of throttle at a certain rpm. There are no "ECO mode maps" that take effect over the stock TPS and MAP maps.
-
Were you using the PC before you flashed the ECU? What are the modifications on your bike?
-
You still have a hardware problem that is preventing communication with the ECU and server. Please check all the wire connections carefully.
-
There is no photo attached. All of your licenses are in recoverable state, so there is no need for any action on our end.
-
Do you have a shift sensor capable of clutchless downshifts? The stock 2015 sensor does not have that capability if I'm not mistaken.
-
We do not recommend attempting to flash files that do not match your ECU part number. Especially between market regions, as the ignition and other wiring is usually completely different.

Try to write the stock file matching the ECU part number back into the ECU.
-
The 6-pin USB Data Link cable fits all harnesses made for the 6-pin cable, bike-side or bench.
-
Both bikes use the 6-pin USB Data Link cable, so all you need is the BNHA1 harness for the 2016 R6.
-
You can try to flash the US model file 21175-0810 Stock and set the "Bypass IGN Resistor" to "TRUE" to see if it works. If not, you can flash the 21175-0811 file back in.
-
If you have your own USB Data Link cable and flash license, you will have to write a file into the ECU before you can read anything.
-
If the ECU was flashed by someone else, you would need their USB Data Link cable and their login credentials in order to read it.
-
Are you clicking on "Write ECU"?
-
No drama, I just used the term "SET" because it's part of the vocabulary like "EXUP", even though the module is labeled exhaust valve. The reason it runs "better" is because when you disable it in the file, the valve is stuck in the open position.

Please call our tech support line.

Shut down software, then open up and try again.

Server is back up. Sorry for the delay.

Server is back up.

We have a server issue that we're currently working on. Sorry for the delay.

You have a hardware issue preventing communication with the ECU. Please check all your hardware connections. Are you using bike-side or bench harness?
-
You still have a problem with your hardware. You are still not communicating with the ECU yet. Go to Help>Test Interface>Inputs. Do not pay attention to the colored dots, pay attention to the number in parentheses. With power off and power on, pleas…

Unfortunately we do not have any US FJ09 files that have the Disable US Wire Harness Config module, so your only option (if the files are compatible) would be to rewire the ignition coils to the US firing order configuration.

Restart your computer and try again. maybe try a different USB port on your computer.
