Yellow wire fails diagnostic

I am currently attempting to flash a 23 ex400.

I have a bike side tuning harness and I have followed the installation instructions explicitly.

Initially the flash failed (multiple times) so I went through the diagnostic and have found that jumpering the red yellow wire still allows the fuel pump to prime. This should indicate a yellow wire install issue. Jumpering the red orange wires gives me no fuel pump prime.

II have installed the yellow wire four separate times ensuring that it is not only seated appropriately but orientated properly as well. Everything seems to be exactly as it should from the install.

The pins on the ecu are all intact and as new and the seating pins on the bike harness plug are seated as well.

Bike runs with the stock tune at this point, but I am unable to flash.
