2017 EU R6 Immobilizer and key removal

I have been trying to eliminate the immobilizer and key switch on a customers 2017 R6 which has ECU BN6-8591A-00. Have tried the three US unrestricted files, with US Harness config set to False. like I've done with older R6 and 2015 R1 in the past, when removing the key. The bike starts but looses two cylinders after a few seconds idling. two errors come up P0352 and P0353, both clear when power is cycled off and back on, bike starts on four cylinders, but again cylinders 2 & 3 stop after a couple of seconds and the same two faults come up.

    I am using FT Auto blip on tis bike with EU R6 Harness connected to pin12 of the smaller ecu connector , I did test with the auto blip disconnected and the original wire back in that position, but it made no difference to the misfire after starting
