The GYTR turbo kit for the YXZ comes with its own ECU. You will use that for the kit, and you shouldn't have any problems.

We have a special turbo file for the first ECU (2HC-00). However, it is a special feature that costs $100. If you have an account with us, we can create an invoice for it so that you can pay for it, as it is not available on our website.

NOTE: It is HIGHLY recommended that you DO NOT CHANGE any parameters on the file, as forced induction engines are VERY sensitive to fueling changes that could very easily result in engine damage.

here in europe wee have a lot of issus on turbo cars i have make 5 yxz´s non turbo and they stay good and lots of race on them ....

that map runs with normal fuel and what octane ?

i don't have an account i by from velox racing in uk!!!....

i already pay for the licence i have to pay again? isn't there a starting map for this?

  • kento_ftecukento_ftecu Posts: 776Staff User

No, if you have a license for it, all you have to do is buy the YXZ turbo file feature. Tell Velox Racing that you would like to purchase a YXZ turbo file.

i already star to make a fuel map but i have a problem with the calibration of the 3 bar sensor map that cums with the turbo gytr kit ,...i can´t change this calibration on my ecu so i put the a power commander V to work with auto tune but still have the same problem on the PCV and i´m waiting for bosch 3 bar map and hardness to modify this also !....my question is ,

the file u have will work with the GYTR kit and 3 bar pressure sensor ?

    thanks for all

    Hi,

The turbo file we have for your ECU is setup for the GYTR turbo kit exactly as it comes from the factory. If you change anything from the GYTR kit, you will need to make appropriate changes in the file.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

just received the file and the first test was to poor not good respond at star of acceleration ect mine was working better on bosch sensor i adapt ,.... but i understand this map is just a base set-up.

i do not want to run a stock muffler and here is the big problem hi guess!

if u could help me with the AFR vs TPS or AFR vs pressure best table, for the pressor table i also need PSI values...

i´m going 0,250 v = 13.11 psi and 4.750volt =29.82psi ....for sensor input this on absolute pressure sea level

    thanks

  • pamotoracing.com@gmail.compamotoracing.com@gmail.com Posts: 33Verified User

    its mines -13.11=0.250 volts

    Hi,

If the basemap does not work perfect for your application, you will need to adjust it. We can offer limited support when it comes to this part. Is the car running poorly under boost or before it builds boost? What exactly is the car doing? Are you running the standard MAP sensor or a different one?

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

    thanks

the car is running on poorly fuel, the afr is bettuine 14.8 17.00 before it builds boost !

i´m running the gytr map sensor... that problem is ok i believe

on top end its seams ok

    Hi,

I'm sorry I read that wrong originally and gave you incorrect information.

You say your AFR currently in running between 14.8-17.0. What is your desired AFR you'd like to see?

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

    Hi,

Ok and what RPM and TPS values is it running poorly at?

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

    Hi,

In my screenshot you can see the tables I have highlighted. I want you adjusting that area. You can see I have my values in the drop down menus set to 5 and %. I suggest making your fueling changes in 5% increments. I also suggest linking all cylinders together like I have done here. To do this open up the Cyl 1 like I have. Then select LinkMaps and click Cyl 2, then select LinkMaps again and click Cyl 3. Once done successfully you will be able to see Cyl 1 highlighted in blue then the other two cylinders highlighted in gray as seen in my screenshot.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

    Hi,

I forgot to mention, once you have your cells selected use the plus and minus signs to adjust them.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

    Hi,

This was the map we came up with on a car that worked well here. However, your application might be slightly different. Please adjust the areas you see fit for your current setup.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.

i understand and can u tell me what tires size u are running what gas octane numbers exhaust etc etc

  • pamotoracing.com@gmail.compamotoracing.com@gmail.com Posts: 33Verified User

can u tell me what is translation for " AIS-boost controller"?

  • jason@ftecu.comjason@ftecu.com Posts: 1,071Staff User

    Hi,

I do not have all the information on that for you. If you see the car is lean/rich in areas please add/subtract fuel for what you see fit. This is a main base map for you to perfect your tune off of.

That lets you run a boost controller through the AIS port on the car but I highly suggest not touching that section.

    Thanks,

    Jason A.
