Hi, I last flashed this ecu 2015R1 in may of 2019. The customer asked me to check setting on his bike today, and I am unable to read or write the ecu, software says ecu not licenced. I have tried with his cable and userid as well as with my own cable and user id after transferring his license between the respective user id's . What is strange is the autoblip appears to be working fine, but as I am getting this licence issue I am unable to see if the active tune is working properly

    Hi,

    I don't see anything wrong with the license and it does look like the Autoblip and ActiveTune codes are successfully linked to the license. If you are having issues communicating to the ECU it could be hardware related. Are you bike side flashing or bench flashing this ECU?

    Hi Jason, I have found an issue with the customers, bike side harness. Got it sorted, The yellow wire was damaged on the bike side harness. Thanks Paul
