Active tune requesting a license purchase

Customer reached out that after going for a ride and trying to read and apply active tune adjustments, that they were prompted to purchase a license.

SOLUTION:

Customer needed to make sure to follow the prompts all the way through such as when the prompt to key off, make sure to turn key off BEFORE moving to the next steps.

Also, anyone else reading this that may have this problem, perform the hardware tests that would also be performed when getting the purchase license prompt when flashing files to the ecu.
