My motocyle is KAWASAKI Z400, this type engine same KAWASAKI Ninja400，i want flash ninja400 fuel map ( same ecu ), the program want a new license, why?
please help, my license is "900A04F5"

i use a bike-side flash kit
i use "2019 Kawasaki Z400 Data Link Bench ECU Flashing Kit (U.S.) " and "6-Pin Bike Side Harness Type 4" flash ecu
Go to Help>Test Interface>check the "Test Inputs" box. With the power off, what number do you see in the parentheses? Then with the power on, what number do you see? Don't pay attention to the colored dots or voltage readings.
Power On - Test Inputs show 36
Power Off - Test Inputs show 10

The hardware test appears to be good.
What part number file are you attempting to flash into the bike now?
What part number did you flash into the bike for?
And what is the ECU part number?

My part number is "2019 Z400 - 21175-1449(EU)", i flashed "2019 Z400 21175-1445(US)" into the bike successfully, but i want to flash "2020 EX400 21175-1332(US)" into my bike, the program want a new license.

Kawasaki Ninja400 and Z400 use same engine, same frame

Those file types are not compatible. If you wish to flash your ECU with that file you will need a new license.
