PROBLEM RESOLVED: My ISP was blocking software from loading, not sure why. I realized this when I used my cell phone WiFi to connect to internet after dumping Via sat Satellite provider. Works fine now!

OK I have tried everything I know (not Much) to resolve load issue. I even tried the delete, restart, reload and execute program. My PC is not running any back ground program. Not a modem issue either. I can put the program on PC and watch it start…
