What is licence "hardfail" status..I have that issue and getting "no response" from ecu after attaching licence.

Jason please can you check my latest licence purchased for XT1200..wont write..licence attached to ecu but later asked for new licence and getting invalid checksum record error..thanks.

I get this Alert when trying to read ecu: Failed to connect to ECU This ecu type is not natively readable Be aware that read attempts will fail with this ecu type unless this ecu has already been flashed with your account.

Im having same problem..but had no interventions while flashing..it got to 100 then said couldnt verifty..been trying with other pc..laptop..got API exception error..then cant find the licence..somethings not right.
