Receiving activation code...??

How do I receive the code? It sees my purchase and I transferred it to my email associated with my account, But I am unable to do anything with it. I am trying to flash my 19 R1 and have the bench harness from when I used it on my 15 R1 that I owned but it will not let me do anything regarding marrying it to the 2019's ecu... Any idea on what I may be doing wrong? Or not doing correctly?

    Can you elaborate more what code is it related to? is it an AUTO Blipper or active tune?
