Read and Write in the ECU error

i have a problem with the software (FTECU tunning suite) i do not want to read and write in the ECU: i have got a error message (i said): "read (write) ecu error ce ec licenum 7204ECCB is registered to the following user "my address" please contact the owner for transfer request. "but i'm log on the software (FTECU tunning suite) !! what is my problem and how does it solve? (i try to: -Upbtade the email; - unistall and install the software) !!

    The ECU is saying it recognizes the license but doesn't have a matching password to authenticate. This means the ECU has been written on (reflashed) with other software. In order to reflash that ECU, you will need to purchase another license.

    I'm getting same issue, see thread below

    ECU has simply been flashed once with FTECU, plugged into bike, unplugged for further changes to be made and now this. It seems to of started since downloading 2.5.4.24 version of the software

    since downloading the latest .24 update i can no longer read or write to any ECU's

    i get a message saying the license is owned by another user, then it displays my email as that user.

    If i select Device at the top, it shows the same email address, so i'm logged into the software with the correct credentials, but the server doesnt validate correctly.

    Kent It is my personal bike that I want to modify. This bike flashed by FT Ecu system without any problem by my account hartmann4.p@gmail.com. Now I would like to make some mods and it is impossible. How can we get a solution to this problem?

    Click yes on the message window where it asks if you want to overwrite the ECU. Then please send a screenshot to us of whatever error message comes up.

    Please send a screenshot of the file you are attempting to flash, and the part number of ECU you are flashing to. You have multiple licenses, and the software will not recognize an ECU based upon the file you are attempting to flash, even though it is owned by you.

    If you select "Yes" when getting that overwrite message does it flash it to the original license still?

    since the new version it's worse ! Now he don't see the license ! It's normal ?

    "Status: Fail: unexpected rx 0" usually means a hardware issue.

    Please carefully check your harness to make sure that the wire pins are fully inserted and seated in the connector. Also, the Type 3 harness has a special jumper connector in addition to the regular connector. That connector should only be connected when you are running the bike, not when you are attempting to flash the ECU.

    I use the Harness Bench which finds it in perfect condition.

    it's really amazing the software every day setting finds a new problem that is not the same as the first time.

    This error is typical of an ECU that is not fully powered can you please check your power supply?

    Last used model status of license 9A458B41 03/21/20202017 GSXR1000flash init Thank you for your support. It was flushed correctly this morning, but after the second time the license was revoked and trying to recover and flush it again was useless. Please tell me why the probability of successful writing is low. Thank you.

    I was able to flush safely tonight. Is communication speed relevant? If you can't flush it, it won't progress as if it freezes no matter how many times you try. I'm glad if you can check whether it's progressing other than writing.

    If you internet connection is slow, your flash process may take a while. Please be patient during the process.
