I can't log in into the software

Hi,


I just got a new computer and I'm looking to get all the programs that I use in my tuning shop. I downloaded the Ftecu software but I can't log in. I'm showing the message below. I'm connected to the internet as I'm using the same computer to write this message. Any ideas in what to look to fix this issue?

    I uninstall and reinstall the program and this is what I get now. The log in info goes gray

    Please close out the Tuning Suite, insert your USB Data Link cable into your computer (it doesn't need to be connected to a flash harness), open the Tuning Suite, enter your login credentials and click Login. If you get the Fail check internet connection error message, click OK and re-enter your login credentials and click login.

    Hi,

    This problem mainly occurs after the software update which requires you to plug in the USB upon first startup of the new software or with a new computer. It just has to do with the USB drivers.
