15 Yamaha R6 code 41 after flash

I flashed the ecu to unrestricted and everything went as it should. Once reconnected to the bike. It's throwing code 41 (lean angle sensor) The bike didn't have this code before the flash. I reflash back to stock and it goes away. I attempted to flash a second time and it goes through but keeps throwing code 41. I am matching the ecu numbers and I have checked the sensor.

    Hi,

    It's a certain setting in the Unrestricted file that is causing you to have this issue. Try toggling a few settings until you can figure out exactly which one is causing the problem for you. What is your ECU part number?

    flashed the ecu back to unrestricted. I checked my file and I had disable TOS to true. this may be it.

    That was my issue. I'm thinking if I remove sensor would it be okay and I won't have issues. Just thinking
