Connectivity/License issue

We've bought new licenses, still cannot connect and now it says the device is owned by another user. Is there any customer service support after business hours?

    Hi,

    Usually no as we are busy with personal things on weekends as most people.

    I see your original license was in an attempted state. I have reset it. Are you able to flash now?
