We have a customer with a flashed ECU (EU map matches the ECU part number) with ActiveTune and Blipper enabled.
First ride maybe 4o or 50 miles it worked flawlessly. then the blipper stopped working. Turning bike off and on it does not work. Unplug ECU and it then works again for a couple of minutes then stops working.
We have replaced the blip harness, tried 3 additional sensors (one a translogic sensor) and the issue is exactly the same. It works then it doesn't.
Everything tests for continuity and voltage all the way through from the sensor to the pins, if you wiggle the cables it makes no difference.
Clutch switch is fine, gear position displays correctly on the dash, there are no errors or engine check faults or stored errors. It just works and then stops working for no apparent reason.
The customer is obviously getting frustrated to the point of returning everything.
Has anyone ever seen anything like this ?

Did you get this sorted? Have seen similar with another MT-10, just wondering if it got fixed?
