Hi I am coming up with no device found.
Under list ecu...nothing is coming up.
On my account at FTECU it shows this bike under licences.
So not sure whats going on.
Please help

"No device found" means the Tuning Suite is not detecting your USB Data Link cable. Do you have it plugged in completely? Perhaps try another USB port on your computer?
