ATTENTION: ZX10R ACTIVE TUNE users having issues with trim tables, "no device detected" error
in ZX 10
If you are having issues with the Active Tune on your ZX-10R not retaining trim tables after a ride (displaying all zeros in the table), and/or you are getting a "no device detected" error message when you click on the "Read" button, please call us at (888)543-6302. It is likely that your 4-pin USB Data Link cable is the issue.
