OBSERVERA: ZX10R AKTIV TUNE-användare som har problem med trimtabeller, fel "ingen enhet upptäckt"

Om du har problem med Active Tune på din ZX-10R som inte behåller trimtabeller efter en åktur (visar alla nollor i tabellen) och / eller om du får ett felmeddelande "ingen enhet upptäckt" när du klickar på " Läs "-knappen, ring oss på (888) 543-6302. Det är troligt att din 4-stifts USB Data Link-kabel är problemet.

    Hi! I called you guys a couple of days ago and you was supposed to reboot my license or something like that but I still have the same problem.. when I try to trim in active tune I get the message: “The license is no longer in usable state, please contact support.” and all zeros in the map.. I didn’t have access to my bike at the time I called you and couldn’t check if the reboot worked or not until today so how do we proceed?
