Turbo setup file

hey guys I just got a yxz-1000 with a turbo kit in for a tune. I tried to read the file and now the bike will not start. I have the in bike wiring . I got the turbo file for the bike from the vendor the customer send computer to unlock speed and still having issues I am not able to write tie file. How can I get this bike going again so I can tune it.
