I have tried to modify my ecu R6 2018 and it gives me an error message that says Status: Failure: no answer please help

    Are you bench flashing or bike side flashing?

    Hi,

    It sounds like there may be an issue with your hardware or harness. To pinpoint or rule out potential issues you will need the results from a few hardware tests.

    You can access the hardware test dialog under help-> test interface->inputs.

    You will need the numeric results (next to the inputs checkbox) for the 3 hardware states:

      1) USB interface connected to the computer only -

      2) USB connected to ECU without power -

      3) USB connected to powered ECU -
