Two Blipper codes on one ECU liscence

Hi,

I have two ecu liscenses and had two blipper codes. When i flkashed the first ecu and added the blipper functionality both the bliiper liscences were assigned to the first ECU registered.

Please can you advise on a fix/reallocation of doubleed up bliiper code on one liscence?
