Activation Code For Auto Blip

Need help

Purchased a new licence for my other r1 2016 and auto blip paid function online through the website.

The ECU has been added to my account and flashed it with no problem but i cannot find the activation code and it has not been added to my account.

I can't enable the feature on the software as its a paid function which i have paid for.

Do you get a code like you do when you purchase an auto blip from a shop which comes with a card with the activation code on it.
