Server off line?

I am trying to make changes to my FZ-07 computer but when I try to sign in it says "Server off line"What's the deal?

    When was the last time you flashed your ECU?

    Please save any files to a folder on your desktop/harddrive, uninstall your current Tuning Suite software, restart your computer, then go to the site ftecu.com and download the latest version.
