I bot my ft ecu and in the web page said I have an license for free and need register the activation code, but in my box do not came any activation code. how is it possible? some body nows about it? thanks

There is no activation code for the flash license. When you say you purchased your "ft ecu", what exactly did you purchase?

Do you have one of our ECU flash kits? You don't have a USB Data Link cable registered on our system, so we cannot assign the 3-pack of flash licenses you purchased.
If I have the ecu flash kit, but only one instruction card as well as the cables came in the box but no number to register. If I have the USB data cable. and the harness to connect in the cdi. I hope you can help me. Thank you
You need to create an account with us on the site at ftecu.com, then insert your USB Data Link cable into your computer to link that cable to your account. We can then assign the licenses you purchased to your account.
I already have an account with you, I already inserted the cable but I don't know how to link the cable to the account. I connected it and in the activation code I put the number of the usb cable. I don't know if that's ok?
Did you download the Tuning Suite software? If so, open the Tuning Suite, and go to Device>Write, and it will ask you if you want to link the USB Data Link to your account.

It is not an error, it asks you if you want to link it to your account.
You have to link the USB Data Link cable to your account before you can write anything to any ECU.
Go to User>Update Email
Enter your account email address.

No, sorry. In the Tuning Suite, next to the Device tab, you see User. Click on that, then Update Email. Enter your login credentials.

Are you clicking "Log In" after entering your credentials in the Update Email window? Do not click "Register".
