hi,
i have no problem reading my ecu, but when i try to write on it, after "checking the ECU" message, i've got the message : " error not able to initialize the ECU "
it's a table cable connection. i had no problem before, and same message appear whatever map i'm trying to upload.

Veuillez suivre la procédure à suivre pour obtenir ce message d'erreur, car notre système ne montre pas que vous vous approchez du processus de flash. Vous devez être dans le processus pour recevoir ce message, et ensuite, il apparaîtra dans notre système.

sorry, it was working once, i had an internet connection loss (my phone) and when i try again, it still say "not able to initialize th ECU"

OK, nous voyons votre licence dans un état de "tentative", nous l'avons donc réinitialisée. Votre téléphone ne fournit pas une connexion suffisante pour clignoter, car le signal a chuté pendant le flash, la licence a été bloquée et est passée dans un état "tentative".
i select a map
choose write on the ECU,
checking the ECU
connect the harness or key on the ecu
disconnect the harnes....etc
connect the harness or key opn the ECU
checking ECU
error ECU locked
S'il vous plaît voir le message ci-dessus, il a été édité juste après que je l'ai envoyé.
i have to go on the racetrack for now ( essais bol d'or at le castellet) so i will try later on..in case of, i got to neew ACU i never Used....thcx fot the quick answer, i get back to you as soon as i'm ready.

i try again, still error ECU locked...can you unlock it please?
My ECU is locked and i have problem with a setting..i really need to modify it, we are in the middle of 24h race Bol d'or.....if you can help me?

La licence est vierge, elle n'est pas verrouillée.
sorry, why it says that the ECU is Locked? i can read it, but i can't wright on it. i got the message after it check the ECU :
"Statut : Error: ECU Locked"
i don't understand...it has worked fine once....is it the right licence? do i have to try with another new ECU (i got 2 in stock right now...)?

i just read your post about flashing old map on the ECU that can damage it now.....i used an old 2017 Map on my ECU from my last bol d'or, but not sure about the source file. as i rename it....
fortunatly i got two new Stock ECU . can you help for this please?

Pouvez-vous essayer avec un autre écu pour voir s'il y a un problème? Si vous pouvez flasher l'autre calculateur sans problème, vous pouvez nous envoyer le calculateur qui est apparemment verrouillé afin que nous puissions y entrer et le corriger.
je n'ai pas l'autre calculateur avec licence avec moi, j'en ai deux autres ici mais sans licence, est il possible de transférer la licence? ce sont des 17k02 (nouveaux modèles)
Vous avez déjà deux licences vierges prêtes à être utilisées sur votre compte.
