The motorcycle jerks after being tuned using active tune

Hello. 

I wrote 1XB-8591A-10 unrestricted tune and it works well. But after setting this tune using active tune on 1,2,3 gear from 1500 to 3000 rpm when I smoothly open the throttle the engine jerks a lot and almost stalls. Why is this happening? Maybe I'm not setting it up correctly.
