Active Tune stalling when turned on

I have recently installed the Active tune on my 2024 T7 and am able to Run the unrestricted ECU flash no problem but when I turn on the Active Tune Feature it stalls after running for 15 sec +/-, does not stall when Active tune is Disabled. I have tried monitoring and applying the Trims and I have tried the base map for the unrestricted with the Active Tune enabled and it stalls no matter what. After the many fails I did the live monitoring with the bike running and notice the AFR value goes off the chart at idle. What do i need to do to get this Active Tune working??

What was the fix to this problem? I have the same issue. My issue has been going on since August 2025. I have talked to at least 4 people from sales with very little help. I cant seem to get a hold of someone that knows this systems.
