Tuning Suite Being Deleted And Trouble Downloading

Some customers have been having issues where the tuning suite is getting removed from their computers and causing them to have to re-download the software only to get a prompt that the software contains a virus, malware etc.

Our software does not contain any viruses but the antivirus on their computers are flagging it as such. We are working our best to try and get this solved.

If you are experiencing this problem as well, make sure to check your Microsoft Defender and add the software as an exception. You can also try going to your computer settings> privacy and security > windows security > open windows security > protection history. From there, you should see a box with a drop down for our software where you can allow the download.

If neither of those work you will have to dive further into the antivirus protection that you have on your computer to get the software to be able to download and run.
