How to load power commander maps onto ecu using ftecu bike side harness?

Does anyone know how to load a powercommander map onto a 2008 zx6r with the ftecu harness and software? I tried browsing for the pc map i downloaded using the ftecu tuning suite and it doesnt show up in my files. When I purchased this harness it said I could use pc3 and pcv maps on my bike with it.
