Hello everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I recently received my bike side harness kit, but I’m encountering some issues with the software. I’m hoping someone here can help me resolve these problems.
Here’s a brief overview of the situation:
The connector is recognized by my laptop, and I have connected the kit to the pins according to the instructions.
When I run the interface test, I encounter errors (see attached images).
Additionally, when I try to read the ECU, I receive the following error message:
"Connection to ECU failed. This ECU type is not natively readable. Please note that attempts to read this ECU type will fail unless this ECU has already been flashed with your account."
I’ve attached photos that show the pins, cables, and the ECU along with its number for reference.
Can anyone advise me on how to resolve these issues? Is it possible that my ECU is not compatible with this kit?
