it indicates at the top left license recovery limit exceed what to do because not able to enter my new program thank you

    This means you have encountered an issue during the writing process and have tried to recover the same license too many times. The system will flag the activity and prevent writing for a period of time. It is similar to trying to log in to something with the wrong password too many times and you get locked out for 24 hrs or something like that. Please verify your wiring harness is in good order and the ecu is getting power the whole time you are trying to write. You need a good internet connection at the beginning and at the end of the writing process. Make sure your computer is not going to sleep during the writing process. I responded to your email with links to some tests here on the forums for you to try.
