Supported operating systems on website not correct

I believe since you switched your website to use TLS 1.3, your software is no longer compatible with any older operating system like Windows XP-Windows8.1

I've been trying to create a workaround that would let me tune my bike with an M1 Mac. My latest attempt was to get a Windows XP VM Running. It failed when it tried to connect to https://ftecu.com/Downloads/FlashTune/FTECU%20Tuning%20Suite.application with a certificate related error. Normally I would just import the root cert into the machine store, and be on my way, but I don't believe there is a workaround for using TLS 1.3 on Windows XP.

Unrelated to this post, previously, I've tried Windows 11 for ARM w/Parallels for Mac, and ran into different issues.
