Apparently the charging cord had came out of my laptop and the battery died at some point during flashing. I tried to reflash but it prompted me to purchase a new license. How can I get it to recognize my ecu again so that I can flash it with the updated file?

When you try again start with nothing connected to the ecu. it should ask if you wish to assign RECOVERED license, click yes. Please let me know if that is not the case.
That does not work either, I get prompted that there are no available lic
enses and asks if I want to purchase additional licenses.

It seems that it cannot retrieve the ECU ID and stops there. How can I move past this to get the ecu reflashed?
As stated above this is not the case. It will never ask me to assign a RECOVERED license. It will only prompt me to purchase a new license. Can I please get some help with this?
