delta tps vs rpm meaning per gear

i was hoping if anyone can help me understand what delta tps vs rpm per gear means in the numbers in the box. i understand the rpm and the throttle posistion sensor means but not what the numbers in the box are. is it feul mixture or density or if im wrong i would like to know what they mean. also how would it affect the motor in performance. please and thank you
