Active tune can't find TPS base map

I'd like to ask for help/guidance/advise. I have Yamaha FZ10 2017. Bike has Graves cat eliminator exhaust what came with prefab ecu map. Map has been written thru FTECU in.

I have watched and followed you tube guidance video. - active tune enabled, live correction disabled. After ride just kill switch, connected to app, active tune AFR monitor. Ride data were downloaded from the bike but once I've clicked smoothing and save, it kept saying working - please wait and then error message "not able to locate TPS base map".

My ride data window was missing connect/disconnect button according to the one on you tube.

Please let me know, how should I proceed to fix this issue.

When you have custom maps such as the one you are using, the maps are locked and cannot be adjusted. You can still monitor data you just cannot edit and save.
