Fault Codes, No License for autotune, QS not working?

Hello, I sent my ecu to you and got it back, bike runs, but auto tune cannot be turned on in the software because i need a new license? i used the license sent with the QS, autotune, and bike side harness to get my ecu to flash. It was assigned to chris@ftecu.com.

then all the fault codes: I tried to reflash the bike several times, no dice. removed ground from battery and touched it to positive side to try and erase them, no dice. Bike starts runs, no issues, tried riding it several times, no dice. I dont have a obd-II adaptor.

QS: plugged in the QS to the bike side adaptor, no real change for the qs/autoblipper, please help! thanks for your time.
