Engine Braking

Hi, I was wondering if there is any way to reduce engine braking which might help with the jerky throttle? I have a 2022 Kawasaki Z650abs ECU# 21175-1187 In the tuning suite under that ecu number there is no decel fuel cut but for ecu# 21175-1194 there is decel fuel cut. Not sure if it does anything for that ecu but was wondering if someone could add that to my ecu number if it would help in engine braking anf jerky on/off throttle.

I did hear you can add a little fuel at low rpm and make an adjustment on the secondary throttle plates. Just not 100% sure what should be done. Any help would be much appreciated.
