Server offline

I noticed that from yesterday, the problem unfortunately exists also today. When I try to log in on my accountr through f-t software I receive error "Server offline"

Please update.

    Our fix from yesterday requires a fresh install, otherwise I would expect the offline message to persist. Have you tried downloading a fresh copy? If so please provide some more detailed info so that we help get it sorted.

    I haven't reinstalled the software. I will test and report.
