No Response, ecu might be fried!!???????/ I dont know

My good friend bought me a Flash tune bench Ecu for me, I have a 2016 fz09 and my bike all the sudden had has very crappy low end power and just really finicky idle and will idle around 3k rpms when riding. this all happened after i took the airbox and ecu off to check time and valve clearance on my bike. it is 100% stock with 8000 total miles i put on this year.

my ecu doesn't respond to anything, and i mean anything, it starts, and diag mode works 100% but is just not feeling normal.

It says with all 4 of my different obd2 automotive scanners can not communicate with ecu, So i figured i should flash it see if it just got shocked and messed up when i was removing it. who knows, It just says no response when i try to flash the original ecu map/data onto the ecu...

any help would be appreciated!!!!\
