Need to Purchase License for an already purchased ECU

Any One ever have this issue? I already purchased a license for my bike (Fz07) now it is saying i have to purchase another?

Hi,

It looks like you may have had a connection interruption during your last flash. Usually it is caused by the hardware connection issue with the bike side harness, improper flash procedure, or internet dropping out during the flash process. Your license has been reset keep in mind I am limited on the number of times i am able to reset the license so make sure your connections are solid.
