No Power to Red Wire 2021 MT07

My 2021 has no power going to the red wire (row 1 position 13) I've quadruple checked that its fully seated into its spot, still nothing. Ground has 12v, Yellow and Orange both have 5v when key is on... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I'm now going to miss the first big ride of the season😕
