ECU License Error

Hello there everyone,

I just purchased an ECU Bench kit and the FT ECU Tuning software isn't letting me flash my ECU I already tried uninstalling, installing drivers, and updating windows/restarting my pc however I'm still getting the error message of how I need to buy a new license even though it says I already have a license. Guess I'm just new to this and need someone to better explain also my motorcycle won't start now and am really regretting buying this. Thanks in advance!
