Your license is in a virgin state, there is nothing to reset. Please check all your connections carefully. Go to Help>Test Interface>Inputs and post screenshots of a test with the power on and power off.
Also, please refrain from creating new threads on the same subject.
Are you using bike-side harness or bench?

The "Test Inputs" is the one you need to pay attention to. The number "1" signifies that you have a connection issue with the red wire lead in your hardware. Please check all areas of connection.

With the power on, you should see either 6, 16, 26, or 36. With the power off, 0, 10, 20, or 30.

Your license was in a "hardfail" status; it has been reset. You need to make sure that the connections are all good, and that your internet connection does not drop out during the ECU flash.
What is licence "hardfail" status..I have that issue and getting "no response" from ecu after attaching licence.
