    Hey,

    This was an issue with a faulty cable and has since been resolved.

    If you are experiencing a similar issue, please first try to use a different USB port or computer,

    Open device manager, go to where it says Universal Serial Bus Controllers, extend the category, and with the USB plugged in confirm you see USB serial convertor.
