2017 Yamaha R1 Quickshifter Autoblipper Install Questions

I'm installing the quickshifter/autoblipper for my 2017 yamaha r1. Which wire gets replaced with the green wire in the ECU harness? Which way do I orient the sensor to keep standard shifting (1 down 5 up). Does the red and yellow plug click into the red and blue plug or does it go to the green and red plug? Thank you

    Please go to FTECU.com and log in (or create an account if you don't have one) and once you are logged in, below your account name you will see a document tab, click that and scroll down to Auto-Blipper installation and you will see your 17 R1 document. That will give you all the information you are requesting.
